Up until recently most people would have had knowledge of the plants and trees and had a day-to-day awareness of the living world.

It fills me with JOY to find out what is around me and my natural curiosity and love for nature have seen me develop an interest in the use of wild plants for food and medicine.

Follow the seasons from Spring to Autumn and watch the world come ALIVE.

About Katy

Growing up in London I had little access to nature, but I always loved the idea of magic.

I spent hours reading, especially fantasy books. I was captivated by the fairy’s and witches who knew how to use the plants and trees around them for food and healing. In my 20’s I started to re-discover this ‘lost knowledge’ and studied Sensory Herbalism and alongside this I added foraging. Over a decade later I started to share this knowledge with friends and family and then started to run walks to help others open their eyes to the magic I had seen
